The company is looking for a driven Product Analyst to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality client service, technical support, and effective deployment of products to their global clientele.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Support backlog management for product development.
• Oversee specific product features and projects to ensure they align with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define new product features.
• Maintain product documentation and facilitate onboarding projects for hedge funds.
• Meet clients to understand trading objectives and communicate with brokers for trade execution.
• Configure trading environments and GUI settings for traders' accessibility.
• Engage with developers for feature enhancements in an Agile setting.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management or Fintech.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with databases and knowledge of SQL.
