In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Optimize and build search algorithms in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Provide guidance for data-driven decision-making processes.
• Develop practices for data analysis to influence business functions and product changes.
• Create user metric tracking to analyze customer responses to product updates.
• Visualize user metric insights for stakeholder presentations.
• Mine historical usage data to assess changes in usage patterns related to product adjustments.
• Design and implement A/B testing to evaluate alternative product changes.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in statistical modeling and data analytics with multi-dimensional data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
