This role is integral in guiding decision-making processes by providing comprehensive and clear reports with a focus on Vision 2033 and the Close The Bible Gap impact alliance. Situated in Albuquerque, this position requires on-site presence to effectively collaborate with cross-departmental teams and align data reporting standards.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain alignment between internal language data and external standards for consistency in reporting.
• Gather, structure, and manage data from internal and external sources.
• Interpret data and provide insights to influence strategic decisions.
• Create reports and visualizations to present findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with ministry partners for data integration and standardization.
• Guide field staff on data submission and access procedures.
• Enhance data security and consistency with the Technology Department.
• Brief leadership on progress towards key objectives.
• Lead discussions on metrics and goals, presenting data clearly to various audiences.

This role requires you to have:

• Alignment with organizational values
• Research and evaluation of complex data
• 1-2 years experience with diverse datasets
• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
