As a Data Analyst, you'll play a vital role in the Performance Management journey, working with data to empower users across the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and generate regular reports and analytics using Excel and business intelligence tools for the Revenue Cycle Team.
• Provide day-to-day insights through ad-hoc reporting.
• Identify new performance initiatives and independently drive their implementation.
• Offer analytical support to various departments.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, become an expert in multiple data sources, and develop innovative solutions for measuring operational performance.
• Participate in Process Improvement initiatives.
• Identify business trends that require action through analytical support.
• Perform special projects and other duties assigned by the RCM management and executive teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum three-to-four years of experience with data analytics and data modelling
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
• Ability to multitask and adapt to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power Apps with emphasis in BI
• Strong initiative and ability to establish goals and meet deadlines
