In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business experts to analyze and utilize data for stakeholders.
• Understand and address customer processes and data needs.
• Define data and transformation requirements for projects.
• Map business requirements to data architecture changes.
• Document data flow and maintain understanding of ETL processes.
• Utilize SQL expertise to provide necessary data extracts.
• Design analytics dashboards, reports, and alerts in partnership with teams.
• Engage in data management and governance as a domain expert.
• Lead technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering and Architecture.
• Solve technical problems independently and improve data quality standards.
• Support data governance including Business Glossary and data lineage.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4-7 years experience in data mapping and business process analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of Life and Annuity business concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of ETL tools.
• Experience as a technical Data Steward.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and APIs.
