This Data Scientist role focuses on enhancing Sportsbook bonus strategies to increase revenue and optimize customer engagement.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Undertake data science projects from conceptualization to execution, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Deliver insights through sophisticated analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling to optimize bonus distribution.
• Enhance understanding of customer behavior and promotion effectiveness.
• Develop feature-rich models to solve business challenges and improve KPIs.
• Communicate analytical results with clear visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and modeling processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute innovative project ideas.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years experience in Data Science or Analytics.
• 1+ years of experience with machine learning model deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation.
• Technical skills in statistical software and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
