In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Coaches and mentors others on machine learning and AI skills.
  • Actively pursues personal growth through leadership.
  • Strengthens the Data Science community and practice.
  • Evaluates customer needs, advising on AI benefits and risks.
  • Develops custom data models, algorithms, and predictive models.
  • Builds and maintains predictive models and algorithms.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business problems and deliver insightful analysis.
  • Conducts regular and ad-hoc data analyses to better understand customer behaviors.
  • Supports and guides teams on growth programs and A/B tests.
  • Monitors and ensures ongoing data quality.
  • Advises on industry trends and applicable solutions.
  • Understands and collaborates on the potential community impacts of models.

This role requires you to have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
  • Experience with advanced data analytics and modeling
  • Experience with developing and validating predictive models
  • High proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency with deep learning and at least one machine learning tool
  • Skills in statistics, data processing, or data annotation
  • Proficiency with various database types
  • Proficiency in OLAP data storage technologies
  • Skills in visualization tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in cloud computing technologies
  • Ability to derive impactful questions and assumptions from data
  • Customer needs understanding and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Experience in an agile environment
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
