In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop system enhancements and provide technical business solutions.
• Guide and implement new technology adoption.
• Collaborate on technology solutions for data management and reporting.
• Streamline workflows through automation and integration.
• Test and deploy new tools, ensuring compliance.
• Create and update training materials.
• Manage project implementations with IT.
• Produce and ensure data integrity for regulatory reports.
• Analyze large datasets to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead teams and mentor junior analysts.
