As part of the Financial Support Office, the Lead Data Analyst will support financial management tasks across all Federal Reserve Banks, ensuring reliability and consistency in data practices. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Independently manage and deliver data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and communicate succinct, understandable results.
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions, including advanced statistical analyses and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to aid decision-making.
• Introduce best practices and innovative solutions for data improvements.
• Collaborate with other functional groups within the organization.
• Motivate positive change in data literacy and management.
• Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing within the Financial Support Office.
• Lead IT workstreams across the organization.
• Participate actively in data-centric communities of practice.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience with tools such as Python and R.
• Advanced SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud data services like AWS or Azure.
