In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain a reporting program within the Enterprise Application sector.
• Work with leadership to define key performance indicators.
• Communicate performance metrics to team members and leadership.
• Collaborate with teams to clarify the reporting metrics.
• Establish data collection procedures to manage timelines and metrics.
• Monitor ITIL metrics to enhance IT services and operational efficiency.
• Create visuals for team performance and delivery metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in reporting programs.
• Maintain operational dashboards in real-time.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on reporting metrics for demand volume and work progress.
• Facilitate integrations between tools to enhance data integrity.
• Promote consistent reporting practices across Enterprise Application.
