Fidelity TalentSource, the staffing arm of Fidelity Investments, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their FBT Business Intelligence team. This role aims to enhance Business Intelligence capabilities and develop data-driven business solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, and developers to impact Portfolio Construction Tools.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct Data Discovery and Data Sourcing Analysis for complex projects involving new data technologies.
• Collaborate with DBAs, architects, and subject area experts to understand and manage data assets.
• Design product solutions by incorporating feedback from product owners, data architects, and data engineers.
• Guide in data set assembly to meet business requirements and align database design with industry standards.
• Write and maintain SQL-based business rules.
• Facilitate data sharing and security approvals for key initiatives.
• Maintain a knowledge base of data subject areas and contribute to data governance efforts.
• Resolve data quality issues by coordinating with business and technology stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 7 years of data analysis experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical acumen in data analysis and design.
• Familiarity with various database platforms such as Oracle, MySQL, Hadoop, and Cloud solutions.
• Experience with data governance and tools like Collibra and Alation.
• Proficiency in AWS, API, and Python.
