Fidelity TalentSource is the in-house temporary staffing provider for Fidelity Investments. Their Workplace Investing Data Conversion and Implementation team seeks a Data Analyst to assist with migrating internal client data to a new Health and Welfare platform. This role involves data analysis and Health and Welfare benefits knowledge.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Migrate internal client data from the current Health and Welfare platform to a new platform.
• Analyze client source data, identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Navigate the organization to bring together relevant parties, negotiate differences, and draw conclusions.
• Pose appropriate questions to extract necessary information and resolve issues.
• Learn and apply Workplace Investing's systems and processes related to data analysis and loading.
