The role of Reporting and Data Analyst is pivotal in supporting project management and critical business functions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making processes.
• Assist project managers by creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for various projects.
• Prepare and maintain back-office documentation including workflow and data summaries.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within management systems.
• Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives as part of special projects.
• Work collaboratively with teams for data alignment and reporting consistency.
• Provide administrative support such as addressing tax notices, managing leads requests, and verifying data accuracy.
• Maintain and organize confidential client files and financial documents.
• Assist with onboarding new employees.
• Provide basic IT support and coordinate with external IT providers.
