As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll join a team dedicated to delivering banking and trust solutions nationwide.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Document and analyze business system requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and configure application software.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and the Enterprise Application Services team.
• Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and support user acceptance testing.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners and manage service requests with vendors.
• Improve internally developed and SaaS products and processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 4-7 years of experience in a business systems analyst role.
• Understanding of Azure Fundamentals or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with SQL and commercial banking platforms.
• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP.
• Agile methodology certification.
