• Lead the data science practice, offering mentorship and support to ensure team growth.
• Develop and align data science strategies with business objectives to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior management to leverage data for business solutions.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data science.
• Design and implement advanced analytics, statistical models, and machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze diverse datasets to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for analysis.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows for analytics and machine learning projects.
• Collaborate with teams to incorporate data-driven insights into strategies.
• Present data findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Promote a collaborative team environment for continuous learning.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in statistical concepts and application to business problems.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Hadoop and Apache Spark.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and NLP.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks.
