The Product & Reporting Analyst role is essential in ensuring accurate reporting and analysis to support sales efforts and enhance operational efficiencies. This role works closely with product managers and Line of Business partners to maintain effective tracking and reporting systems.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide analytical and reporting support for Product Management, covering deposits, loans, credit cards, Merchant Services, and Treasury Management.
• Maintain and manage databases necessary for accurate analysis and reporting.
• Assist in managing the Merchant Services revenue sharing alliance program.
• Participate in projects supporting the Product Management function.
• Prepare statistical data and sales and financial tracking reports for strategic sales efforts.
• Enhance current reporting and develop new reporting systems.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of sales tracking and reporting systems.
