This role exists to support the Digital Product Management team, aiding in the full life cycle of digital tools. The team focuses on improving user engagement with digital applications, ensuring effective utilization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for end-users and perform system maintenance, configuration, testing, and data updates.
• Communicate system changes and create training for clients and associates.
• Build reports and dashboards to enhance tool utilization.
• Conduct business process analysis and document user stories.
• Assist in marketing campaign execution, including lead list management and campaign setup.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 3 years in operations, analysis, or related experience.
• Experience with client-facing digital experiences in Financial Services, Retail, or Travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer service or client-facing role experience.
