The Digital Product Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting end users with digital tools and Salesforce platforms, collaborating with the Digital Product Management team to enhance First Financial's digital presence.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to end users, including system maintenance, configuration, and testing.
• Communicate system updates and impacts, and develop training for clients and associates.
• Create reports and dashboards to improve digital tool utilization.
• Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and document user stories.
• Assist in marketing campaign execution by managing lead lists and campaign configuration.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in operations, analysis, or related experience including systems and financial analysis.
• Experience with client-facing digital experiences, particularly in Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Customer service or client-facing experience.
