The BI Analyst II will play a crucial role in shaping the Customer Experience strategy by delivering analytical support and generating insightful reports for key stakeholders.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and communicate insights from data to drive business decisions.
• Develop and manage enterprise reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Analyze data to improve member journey mapping and customer experience.
• Advance the Voice of Customer program and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and lead improvements in KPIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists for a comprehensive approach to customer experience measurement.

This role requires you to have:

• BI/Data Analysis experience in financial services
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools like OBIEE, BOBJ, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and Tableau
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and R
• Strong business acumen and leadership
• Excellent communication skills

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with customer survey platforms such as Qualtrics
• Text analytics proficiency
• Tableau certification preferred
