The candidate will work with a dedicated team aiming to optimize customer experiences and revenue generation through predictive analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven business solutions.
• Support ad-hoc report and dashboard development with Business Analysts.
• Extract and analyze data to enhance systems and reporting.
• Evaluate new data sources and gathering techniques for accuracy.
• Develop and apply custom data models and algorithms.
• Use predictive modeling to improve customer experiences and business results.
• Align with functional teams to implement and monitor models.
• Create processes to assess model performance and data precision.
• Undertake various assigned projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Solid problem-solving skills focused on data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and database development and querying.
• Experience with data visualization using tools like CognosBI and Power BI.
• Ability to build and maintain ETL packages with SSIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication for team coordination.
• 3-5 years of experience in data manipulation and modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
