In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Provide actionable resolution support to the business unit.
- Act as a contact point for complex queries and issue resolution.
- Guide and mentor less experienced staff.
- Support senior staff with production issues and workflow planning.
- Ensure adherence to quality review procedures in data analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate team members to meet project goals and timely deliverables.
- Test business unit policies and identify weaknesses.
- Work with leaders to address areas of concern with recommendations.
- Represent the team in projects and meetings with business partners.
- Analyze processing inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Communicate with clients/vendors to resolve escalated issues.
- Enhance client/vendor relationships.
- Research industry issues and impacts on business units.
- Assist in communicating relevant information to business unit leaders.
- Contribute to the development of market documentation.
