• Facilitation and presentation experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, math, computer science, or business.
• Experience in Print/Direct Mail/Secure-Card industry.
• Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of process improvement principles.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like Minitab.
• Simulation software experience such as Arena.
