In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the product management team with AccessOne modules such as Merchant Boarding and Account Maintenance.
• Collaborate with third-party development vendors to define technical specifications.
• Partner with internal teams for client support and technical solutions.
• Conduct application performance testing and monitoring.
• Research and resolve inquiries directed to the Product Team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and email etiquette.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with North BE and Omaha BE processes.
• Experience with FDPOS, Commerce Control Center, and Merchant Manager.
• Knowledge of Product Management tools like Confluence and JIRA.
