Flexday is looking for a talented Data Scientist to become a part of their team in either the US or Vancouver, Canada. This role is pivotal due to the increasing demand for data-driven solutions. The team focuses on integrating advanced machine learning models into production systems, working closely with data scientists and software engineers.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop machine learning models and data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists to align solutions with business objectives
• Maintain code for machine learning algorithms
• Integrate models into production with software engineers
• Optimize models for better performance
• Design data pipelines for machine learning processes
• Identify efficiency improvements
• Keep updated with the latest in machine learning and data science
• Travel as needed to the US or Canada

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• 3+ years in data science or related field
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Data visualization with Matplotlib or Tableau
• Strong grasp of statistics and machine learning
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
