In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data from Salesforce.com, Clari, Workday, and LMS to correlate performance with training results.
• Utilize data repositories for developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Standardize and scale performance reporting to identify trends and inform initiatives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations for data presentation in detailed and executive formats.
• Measure asset adoption and collaborate with the Content team to refine strategies.
• Determine essential metrics for core program performance and regularly track impact.
• Ensure data integrity and hygiene in enablement performance management.
• Develop scalable reporting practices with the Enablement and Operations team.
• Compile and validate multi-source data into accessible formats.
• Handle day-to-day performance reporting and ad-hoc data queries.
• Convert data trends into practical insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in sales operations or data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables
• Experience with large data sets and BI tools like Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce reporting
