In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to provide data for experimentation and industrialise successful results.
- Promote a data-centric culture and mentor peers on data practices.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues within the data platform.
- Develop and enhance data retrieval processes using languages like Cypher, VQL, and SQL.
- Streamline existing processes and bolster data content on the platform.
- Balance long-term projects with experimental tasks, ensuring effective decision-making and prioritisation.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in query languages, especially Cypher, SQL, and VQL.
- Rapid development of proof-of-concepts and innovative ideas.
- Experience with business analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar.
- Strong communication skills to advocate for data standards.
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with Neo4j Graph database and Cypher.
- Experience in data stewardship and quality assurance.
- Understanding of Denodo platform.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Awareness of development languages like Typescript and Python.
- Experience with cloud services including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
