The Data Analyst will join a dynamic team, pioneering demographic research and analytics to assist school districts nationwide. This role is integral to guiding client decisions and planning educational strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop student enrollment forecasts for K-12 districts using demographic methods and GIS.
• Create data visualizations such as tables, charts, and maps for planning projects.
• Present findings to various stakeholders including school boards and the public.
• Conduct reviews of attendance area boundaries and evaluate long-term planning needs.
• Manage projects by defining scopes, developing timelines, and delivering solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to enhance demographic forecasting.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in demography, population, geography, or statistics (1+ year with an advanced degree).
• Proficiency in demographic methods, population estimation, and GIS tools.
• Experience with Excel, database software, and data processing tools like Alteryx.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

You would benefit from having:
