They seek a Data Engineer to support their Agile team in modernizing data platforms and migrating data systems to the cloud, aiming to enhance analytics capabilities and business value.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using SSIS and SQL Server.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines across SQL Server and Azure.
- Lead migration efforts from on-prem SQL Server to Azure, ensuring optimization.
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Implement monitoring and automation for ETL processes.
- Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to meet reporting needs.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years of data engineering experience.
- Expertise in SQL Server and SSIS.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
- Strong SQL programming and optimization skills.
- Proficiency in ETL processes and data pipeline troubleshooting.
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with cloud migration strategies.
