In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop methodologies for collecting and analyzing data products.
• Transform, validate, and model data for decision-making purposes.
• Collaborate with researchers to design statistical analyses for program evaluations.
• Identify trends and problems through data evaluation.
• Deliver data interpretations in report format.
• Conduct healthcare data analysis from multiple sources.
• Maintain organized and documented data files.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Provide data and financial analysis for HSD initiatives.
• Support MIS Division in database maintenance and design.
• Attend all mandatory department trainings and maintain confidentiality of records.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, applied mathematics, or computer science.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a clinic or human services setting.
• Proficiency in investigative skills and analytical tools.
• Experience with data analysis software and computer programs.
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies and information systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and attention to detail.
