Foot Locker, Inc., a global leader in athletic footwear and apparel, seeks a Sr. Analyst, HRIS Data. This role is pivotal in enhancing HR data functionality, enabling strategic HR processes and system integration. The analyst will work closely with the Sr. Director, HRIS, to support the HRIS team through effective communication and operational solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Provide statistical support for data cleansing and definition.
  • Develop analytical reports and conduct data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design studies and offer data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure data security and integrity through audits.
  • Maintain user manuals and provide training on People Transaction.
  • Support HRIS in transitioning to Oracle Cloud and SuccessFactors implementations.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRIS.
  • General HR knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical, design, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office Suite.
