As part of the Product Development Operations and Quality team, the Connected Vehicle Data Analytics Engineer will tackle cross-functional quality investigations and analytics for propulsion systems. This role is integral for continuous learning and problem-solving with a focus on big data.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in product development.
• Debug and resolve propulsion systems quality issues using connected vehicle data.
• Utilize BQ SQL and similar tools for big data analysis in propulsion systems.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows with Python and Alteryx.
• Coordinate with vehicle software teams to create and validate new data elements.
• Conduct statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition.
• Utilize in-vehicle calibration tools to validate connected data on propulsion features.
• Simplify complex data sets for diverse audiences.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SQL, Python, and Spark
• 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry
