The GDIA Manufacturing Analytics team is dedicated to developing data products and analytics software that provide insights across diverse teams within the company. This role aims to support the company’s objectives by utilizing advanced data analytics to enhance value delivery.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Enhance the application of analytics and machine learning within the Complexity Analytics portfolio.
• Foster analytic excellence by collaborating with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Software Developers.
• Translate business needs into analytics deliverables with the Product Manager and Owner.
• Work in a hands-on capacity with teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
• Consult with the business to provide insights instead of merely fulfilling orders.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with mathematical programming, AI, optimization, or statistical analysis.
• 1+ year of experience in delivering analytics solutions.
• Experience in Agile team methodologies.
