Product Development Data Analyst

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data from Ford’s internal warranty system and big data sources
• Create executive level presentations with charts and narratives
• Collaborate with the Powertrain team on data requests
• Interpret warranty and connected vehicle data to identify emerging issues
• Develop tools and methods to analyze connected vehicle data
• Enhance use of connected vehicle data for problem-solving
• Promote agile data collection methods in engineering problem-solving
• Build strong relationships with business partners across Ford North America

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 1+ years of experience in Big Data Analytics
• 1+ years of experience in query languages: SQL, Google BigQuery, or Spark
• Visualization skills to communicate data insights effectively
