Product Development Resource Planning Analyst

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Establish yearly program sizes aligned with corporate priorities
• Facilitate reviews with Senior Leadership and draft proposals
• Manage onboarding and position creation in collaboration with HR
• Provide daily support and implement process improvements
• Conduct surveys to verify data accuracy
• Mentor new employees and present to leadership
• Lead advisory meetings and coordinate program rotations
• Oversee promotions, offer letters, and HR partnerships
• Manage Co-op placements and rotations
• Ensure compliance with completion of surveys and evaluations
• Support talent management and compliance with labor laws
