In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain global talent acquisition dashboards and reports.
  • Design and implement data strategies in collaboration with People Analytics.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition processes through data analysis.
  • Translate complex data into visual narratives for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Evolve ad-hoc reporting requests into dynamic dashboards.
  • Proactively resolve complex talent acquisition problems with analytical solutions.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence with a focus on HR data.
  • Experience managing TA/HR data teams and strategies.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI or Visier for dashboard creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
