Ford Motor Company is looking for a Specialist, People Analytics and Planning Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in their data-driven transformation. The role involves working on global, cross-functional projects and providing actionable recommendations based on data insights. This position serves to shape business decisions and policies through data.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and transform data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to analyze data.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings.
  • Build and maintain statistical models to predict future outcomes.
  • Work with various teams to understand their data needs.
  • Maintain dashboards to provide insights on key HR metrics and trends.
  • Stay updated on external metrics and analytics trends.
  • Communicate insights to senior leadership using data visualizations and storytelling.
  • Partner with other HR teams to enhance data sources and visualizations.

This role requires you to have:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency with data tools like R, Python, SQL, Visier, Qlik Sense, Alteryx
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
