With global operations, Fortis seeks to hire a Senior Analyst and Data Engineer for their Commercial Excellence team, aiming to advance business efficiencies and insights under the guidance of the VP of Commercial Operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee data quality practices within company systems.
• Map business processes and define tool-based processes.
• Build and manage reporting tools and revenue analytics.
• Conduct performance commission operations within the Commercial Excellence team.
• Support finance for FP&A reporting with cross-functional accuracy.
• Perform pipeline analytics for strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Ensure timely data access for analysis by managing data pipelines.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, finance, and IT.
• Develop predictive models for business decision-making.
• Champion initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and standardize procedures.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in computer science, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• At least 2 years experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with data pipeline tools or Cloud Data Warehouses.
