Del Monte Fresh Produce seeks a Food Science Analyst to propel innovation in their New Product Development team. This role is pivotal for formulating, testing, and bringing to market new food and fresh-cut fruit products. Working closely with various departments, the analyst ensures products meet rigorous consumer, quality, and regulatory standards.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Formulate and test new product ingredients to optimize sensory and shelf-life qualities.
• Conduct sensory and microbiological testing to ensure product quality and stability.
• Analyze market products to discover new innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate to improve NPD processing and scale-up methods.
• Prepare evaluation samples and conduct analytical testing to assure product quality.
• Research new ingredients and techniques to enhance product shelf-life.
• Source high-quality raw materials and maintain inventory for product trials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facilitate consumer testing.
• Document and present findings to internal stakeholders and propose product improvements.

• 1-3 years of experience in food product development or quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related fields.
