Product Management Analyst

The Product Management Analyst role bridges the sales, production, and logistical functions, ensuring smooth operations and quality maintenance of Fresh Produce distribution. This position is integral for aligning sales quotas and maintaining operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate product management between sales, entry ports, and production locations.
• Manage inventory across North America ports and support sales team operations.
• Consolidate sales forecasts and prepare weekly demand plans.
• Handle data entry and reporting for product categories.
• Provide weekly updates to sales, management, and production teams.
• Send daily inventory reports and track inventory.
• Develop solutions for product shortages in daily truck operations.
• Track and manage nonconforming fruit.
• Liaise daily between traffic, sales, and ports for smooth operations.
• Assist on various assigned projects and maintain KPI reports.
• Enter data for third-party commercial line products transported to northeastern and southeastern ports.
• Coordinate with traffic and shipping networks regarding commercial line vessel schedules.
• Assist product managers with vendor invoice management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or International Commerce or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking proficiency.
• Organizational skills and time management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
