In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop rate and rule manuals, underwriting guidelines, and policy coverage forms.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of insurance policy forms.
• Conduct rate, rule, and form evaluations and competitive market analysis.
• Analyze regulatory changes and communicate updates to management.
• Aid in rate and form filings with state insurance departments.
• Track competitor filings and pricing trends through rate profiles and market analysis.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data to support operations.
• Address rating discrepancies to align with company goals.
• Draft business requirements, conduct testing, and ensure updates.
• Offer strategic recommendations based on data analysis and trends.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or R.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
