The eDiscovery Innovation Team is investing in Generative AI and ML to tackle some of the world's most significant disputes and investigations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Prototype, validate, and implement AI/ML solutions on diverse datasets
• Utilize latest LLMs in Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock for summarization, classification, entity extraction, and text-to-query language generation
• Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search, and hybrid search capabilities
• Create and implement new metrics, evaluation pipelines, and training/test datasets
• Evaluate and enhance emerging technologies for existing solutions and new capabilities
• Share work with clients and colleagues to adopt AI enterprise-wide
• Build industry expertise and contribute to client architecture solutions

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in NLP/IR/ML systems development
• Ability to travel as needed
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

You would benefit from having:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, deep learning NLP models, and traditional ML techniques

• Ability to turn cutting-edge research into working prototypes
