Gartner, a leader in providing actionable, objective insight for enterprise leaders, is seeking an Associate Data Analyst. The position exists to support the Research Business Analytics team by analyzing data that drives strategic and operational decisions. This team collaborates across the organization to add value through data insights and supports initiatives like client retention analytics and demand sensing.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with GPM and RBA teams to extract actionable insights.
• Communicate findings to encourage adoption and implementation.
• Build dashboards and reports to facilitate data visualization.
• Become a subject-matter expert on Gartner’s data and tools.
• Engage in problem solving and testing methodologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.
• Work with IT and data scientists to ensure data integrity and quality.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced Excel skills
