In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality research content focusing on data analytics, AI, and data science in the financial services sector.
• Provide thought leadership on insurance AI and advanced analytics, ensuring effective AI governance and integration.
• Engage with clients through virtual and face-to-face interactions to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Gartner's commercial team to support business growth and client engagement.
• Contribute to Gartner events and develop presentation materials for conferences.
• Mentor team members and participate in research discussions.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in insurance industry AI topics or data analytics.
• Experience with advanced analytics deployment in various insurance functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proficiency in presentation.
