This role aims to leverage analytical expertise to generate vital insights that support decision-making and strategic objectives for industry leaders. The analyst will join a team committed to delivering innovative research that shapes the future of the insurance sector.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality research content focusing on data analytics, AI, and data science in the financial services sector.
- Provide thought leadership on insurance AI and advanced analytics, ensuring effective AI governance and integration.
- Engage with clients through virtual and face-to-face interactions to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Gartner's commercial team to support business growth and client engagement.
- Contribute to Gartner events and develop presentation materials for conferences.
- Mentor team members and participate in research discussions.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in insurance industry AI topics or data analytics.
- Experience with advanced analytics deployment in various insurance functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proficiency in presentation.
You would benefit from having:
- Exposure to advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
- Experience using AI/ML in forecasting or quantitative analytics, with Python as a preferred coding language.
