This role exists to support Gates' sustainability strategy through data management and reporting, situated within their Legal team in Denver. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support sustainability reporting and develop data metrics supporting ESG topics.
• Lead data gap filling, forecasting, and modeling processes.
• Conduct monthly data 'close' procedures.
• Develop tools for data collection to promote decision-making.
• Manage third-party assurance for ESG reporting.
• Create internal content to enhance collaboration for sustainability initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of data management experience

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with KPI tracking and dashboard creation
