GE Aerospace's Corporate HR team is searching for a dynamic HR Reporting & Data Visualization Analyst. The role focuses on generating essential data insights to support people and organizational strategies. The analyst will work closely with the Enablement & Simplification leader to improve and automate HR dashboards.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Design and generate reports in Workday as per business needs.
  • Integrate Workday and other HR data sources to fulfill specific reporting requirements.
  • Enhance HR reporting architecture for better self-service and usability.
  • Provide and aggregate data based on user requirements.
  • Consult with internal customers regarding data needs and available reports.
  • Create visualizations to highlight data insights on crucial topics such as diversity, headcount, attrition, and engagement.
  • Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain high standards of data privacy, accuracy, and quality.

This role requires you to have:

  • Extensive experience in data analytics.
  • Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver valuable data insights, preferably in a multinational setting.
  • Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience.
  • Competence in making independent decisions and managing priorities.
  • Experience in protecting sensitive data.
