The GE Vernova Corporate HR team is expanding and looking for an HR Reporting & Data Visualization Analyst. This role focuses on generating and interpreting HR data insights to align with the company's organizational strategies. The role is instrumental in enhancing HR dashboards and advising on HR data utilization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Create and build reports in Workday tailored to business needs.
  • Combine Workday data with other HR data sources for specific reporting needs.
  • Streamline HR reporting to enhance self-service and usability.
  • Deliver requested data and aggregate data as required.
  • Advise customers on data requirements and available reports.
  • Translate data analyses into visualizations for high-priority topics.
  • Contribute to special HR projects and one-time analyses.
  • Collaborate to resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain high standards of data privacy, accuracy, and quality.

This role requires you to have:

  • Professional experience in data/analytics.
  • Proficiency with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver valuable data insights in a multinational context.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Effective collaboration skills using influencing, coaching, and coordination.
  • Knowledge and experience in data protection.
