In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to collect requirements for analytical reporting.
  • Utilize SQL, Excel, and Python to aid in various data reporting tasks.
  • Support the creation of data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools.
  • Ensure adherence to data standards to achieve accurate business outcomes.
  • Handle incidents according to SLAs to address and resolve issues.
  • Document processes through Technical Design Documents and Reporting Templates.
  • Follow Data Governance standards, safeguarding data privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous learning towards advanced certifications, such as PL300.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Relational databases.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities.

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience in healthcare, HEDIS, and managed care.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI or similar BI tools like Tableau, Cognos, MicroStrategy.
