Gen is recruiting Digital Product Analysts to enhance its product teams with expertise in analyzing complex data sets. This role is pivotal in translating data findings into strategic initiatives, strengthening the company's capabilities in a dynamic digital environment. The analyst will engage deeply with data workflows and goals, aiming to recommend optimizations and transformative solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Strategize with teams to understand business drivers and leverage insights for growth.
• Analyze performance data to create structured models and deliver actionable intelligence.
• Diagnose website performance and user behavior to uncover patterns and insights.
• Use statistical and visualization techniques to support data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to share insights and recommend optimizations.
• Partner with Yield and Data Science teams to influence decision-making.
• Engage with Data Engineering to improve data access, flow, and accuracy.
• Navigate between high-priority projects and adapt to business changes.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with team members and stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics related to website and user behavior.
• Strong analytical background with understanding of statistical significance.
• BA/BS in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
• Effective communication of analysis results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Complex problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
