In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Guide data science and engineering projects, developing AI/ML models with high predictive accuracy.
• Apply ML and statistics to complex business and talent queries, creating useful datasets for analysis.
• Develop and improve ETL pipelines and data infrastructure, focusing on xAPI data.
• Oversee data ingestion, storage, and visualization processes.
• Manage platform and tools transition, ensuring connectivity and feature enablement.
• Engage stakeholders to define business priorities and design measurement strategies.
• Enforce data compliance and best practices, collaborating with infrastructure teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years in NLP and text analytics.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficient in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and cloud storage.
• Knowledge of learning record stores and HR systems.
• Skills in data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with version control platforms such as GitHub and BitBucket.

This role is based in South San Francisco, CA, on a hybrid schedule of three days per week on campus. Relocation assistance is not provided.
