• Create dashboards and reports to support real-time data analysis.

• Develop staffing plans to align with operations.
• Enhance production performance through analytics.
• Implement cost control and inventory systems improvements.
• Improve production workflows and layout efficiency.

• Support cost, quality, and safety objectives in production.
